  Airtel, one of the best leading mobile companies in Tanzania. It's headquarters are massive but loaded with customers everyday. It sucks when you have to wait forever on the line and it's services are very very good so far.

  You can get good customer service here,
  You can get your new sim card, setup your internet, register for mobile banking and exclusive offers for university students bundles (easy). The coverage is not that great in some areas hope they fix it soon

  airtel tanzania is the worst telecom company l have used in my life. they just take away your airtime if you do not convert it to bundles immediately you buy. they do not warn you if your bundles is getting done , so if you plan to get airtel simcard please public think twice .

  They are better now days with customer service. The listen and advice. Services are being ganded over faster and iI as a customer i am reliefed. Sime renewel, Airtel money issues and many other issues can be resolved much faster here
