Sup是stand up paddle 的簡稱，中文稱為立式划槳，簡稱立槳。
sup不單單只是從事衝浪而已，也能運用於平水探索、激流、救生、競速、瑜珈、浮潛等等⋯任何有水的地方幾乎都能從事這項運動。
Sup是一個容易上手且能訓練核心肌群的水上運動，相較於一般的運動訓練多了漂浮在水上的樂趣；
Sup適合男女老少幼，甚至於毛小孩也能跟著一同出去探索。
