SMOBiO's DNA molecular weight markers are capable of meeting the requirement of capilary based polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis through a generous selection of DNA ladders ranging from 50bp to 25kb.

SMOBiO also provides DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase in various package formats. They can be optimized for different laboratory applications, facilitating easy and routine performance use of successful PCR, and RT-PCR. Furthermore, we provide safe and highly sensitive DNA and protein fluorescent dyes that can be illuminated by harmless blue LED light instead of damaging UV light. Resulting in an unprecedented level of safety for the user as well as for accomplishing the highest level of detection sensitivity at the same time.

Our latest DNA/ protein bi-functional epi-illuminator, B-BOX features a multi-angled filter plate and easily accessible working area. B-Box features real time visualization and precise gel-cutting in an easier, safer, and more convenient element.
B-Box™ conveniently and safely works with many of the products SMOBiO has to offer. However, B-Box™ really shines with its ability to work with SMOBiO’s ExcelTaq Fluorescent PCR master mix. Following this process, B-Box™ can be paired with SMOBiO’s FluoroDye DNA Fluorescent Loading Dye, or FluoroStain DNA Fluorescent Staining Dye for maximum visualization.
Following DNA staining, the gel will become a stronger candidate for cloning with the help of B-BOX. This is due to its blue light which keeps DNA safe unlike harmful traditional UV light. The GetClone PCR Cloning Vector, allows for unsurpassed cloning efficiency when used with B-BOX.
