  Looks like a great place but I could not find the treasures the other English reviewers were talking about as there didn't seem to be any English section... The reviews here made me think otherwise. Also I couldn't even tell who was staff as nobody felt any need to greet me or otherwise help or introduce me. I came all the way just to leave after 5min.

  The best and must visit bookstore in Taipei. Specialized in zine and manga. Provided many interesting publications, events, and exhibitions.

  Awesome alternative manga comic comix bookstore, there are paid and free reading areas and an exhibition space for their selected artists. The door is a bit hidden, you would easily miss it but it gives a private mood.
