土鳳梨酥以100%純鳳梨自行熬煮內餡(絕無冬瓜肉)，紐西蘭天然奶油製成，絕無化學添加物、香精、防腐劑及酥油，讓顧客吃得健康又安心。
堅持新鮮天然的食材，手工製作,絕無食品添加物：
養生土鳳梨酥的原料以天然食材為主，並且不使用酥油來增加酥鬆的口感,以減少吃進【反式脂肪】的機會。外皮使用紐西蘭進口的天然奶油與紐西蘭進口奶粉，口感紮實，奶味濃郁，即使並未添加酥油，但仍擁有香酥的口感，入口酥滑香嫩；烘焙坊所在地是台南，內餡當然首選台南關廟的新鮮鳳梨細心熬煮，充滿鳳梨自然的酸與甜味，並且能吃到鳳梨的纖維 , 是老少皆宜的【健康】口味 。規格比一般市售來的厚重, 絕對物超所值 。
