  Horrible service despite we were the only customers at lunch (that should of been a sign) , tried to order many things but the server kept coming back telling us items were sold old or unavailable, at least half of the menu, we finally gave up and left. The owner should be ashamed. It's a shame, the menu did look good.

  Went here for a couple of drinks with friends. Prices are reasonable for both food and drinks but service was truly terrible. It took them over 30 minutes to pour 12 shots and after asking several times it still did not arrive. Other things we ordered never made it to the table as well.

  This place now sucks. Used to have excellent service/music and was full of people, now the service is terrible and its empty (or at least that was the case the last two times I went). Even though u need to pay the service charge, no one pays attention to u after your first order. Meaning u need to go up to the bar to order yourself,and yes u still need to pay the service charge even though they just put the drinks up on the bar and u need to go get them yourself. Again, this is the second time I've had this experience, so must be something with the new management. One good thing: music still alright, despite this I'm never going back.

  Pretty cool lights and interiour. Music was also okay, but sometimes too loud, couldn't hear my friend. For service you need to catch the waitress. Cocktails were okay, could have been better.

  Very poor service! We were a big group who sat outside, and we didn't get served once! We had to go and look for someone evertime we needed something.
  They forgot to bring three of our meals to us, and after much confusion it seems they didn't even put those three orders through. We also weren't given knives or forks to eat our severely overpriced food with. I also had to dodge past a couple cockroaches on my way to the bar.
  Strange to see the staff members walking around in their smart suits, looking so important, yet they don't even know how to serve their customers.
  
  Such a disappointing place. We will not be coming back here again.
