It's the usual, the entire building is computer electronics galore, here you can pretty much buy the cheapest electronics and computer parts in Taiwan. This is THE one stop shop for everything computer/computer parts related. You can't go wrong here!

I actually love this place. It’s a super cool, non department store, knit building full of small independent merchants and shops lined up on top of each other. Floor by floor you can spend endless hours here browsing till you drop for anything game related, electronic related (lights, computers, laptops, monitors, headphones or microphones, film gear, etc.) the list goes on and on. If it’s electric or anything related to being used in or on electric things, they most likely have it.
This place is also cheaper than other branded products or department store prebuilt or preset computers that come as a single unit. I built my own desktop here that was top of the line at a great price.
They got a cafeteria on the first floor, with convenient store and a tea shop for preshopping snacks and drinks. The selections aren’t bad either, choices for both foreigners and locals alike.
Definitely recommend this spot, either for just a look if you’re a tourist, or if you live here and need to buy some electric stuff, this is the spot to be. 👍🏻

It does have pretty much all your electronic needs. Small stuff like chargers and cables to bigger purchases like a PC or high-end gaming PC are all there for you to choose. Experts hang around to answer any question you might have. There's even a food court and a courtyard to hang out if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon. Why not?

Electronic store? More like electronic plaza! Seriously. The number of stores that are present within this building is absolutely mind boggling. It doesn't matter what you are looking for; whether it be computer parts, new laptop, cameras, stuff for your electronics project, high end electronics, you've got it here.

I certainly would recommend taking the time to go through all possible stores before making a purchase. I spent 3-4 hours browsing through the first 3 floors before purchasing a laptop. In doing so, I was able to save around 3000 NTD. Regardless, this is where you need to go if you plan on purchasing any electronics.

Best place to go to find electronics that you might not be able to find elsewhere.

This is the biggest consumer electronics mall in Taiwan, comprised of numerous shops selling cameras, computer, mobile phones and a wide range of other electronics.
Pricings are competitive and usually with good discounts. Bargaining is possible here and usually price could reduce if an item is paid in cash. (In other words, credit cards may incur additional transaction fees)

Most shops know basic English as many foreigners shop here. However, a full and in depth conversation on a products' spec and features is unlikely.

You can find old batteries for laptops cameras etc here (Those old models of phone/laptop/camera) Prices are great and negotiable. 6 floors of gadgets and a foodcourt on the ground floor. Better to ride bus going there than MRT - mrt is a long walk.

Nice food court, large assortment of electronics. I would avoid buying on the third floor, because as soon as I bought something I got asked to buy another thing by the same guy at a different stall. It's like a monopoly up there. Also foreigners beware, apparently most of the places here don't accept returns even for faulty products. I understand this is not the US but if it's not working then isn't that a scam?

I was not told as a foreign traveler so I would like to inform others lest they get scammed as well.

This is the one of the largest electronics market in Taipei where you can buying gaming stuffs or PCs , earphone, headsets, camera, CCTV etc, there are so many things you can get with reasonable prices. There’s a shop on the third floor mainly selling headsets and earphones and I highly recommend to buy stuffs on this third floor. Prices are pretty much hard to negotiable as price tags are all tagged on the goods. There’s a same gender toilet on the top, you can grab some food on the first floor if you are hungry.

Typical electronic mall. The food court more popular than the computer stores.
Without the used equipment s vendor of Hong Kong Sham Shui Po.

This is basically a shopping mall over several floors that's mostly dedicated to all things electronic, so everything from computers and peripherals, games consoles, CCTV cameras and all manner of smartphone accessories can be found here.

It's a bit old and dirty these days, especially now that a more upmarket electronics mall has been built right next door, but there are still some bargains to be found, if you're willing to flit between different vendors on different floors to compare prices and even occasionally haggle over the price.

The one downside is that some of the vendors can be in turn either quite pushy, a little rude or even nonchalant when it comes to their customers, which is a real turn-off for me.

A great place to shop for 3C products. Many of these products are cheaper than in the US especially those gadgets. I didn't give a five stars because some salesmen there can be very hard sell that can be annoying and makes me feel uncomfortable. Another thing is because there are so many stores in the building you have to really compare the price of the produce before you buy it or you will find you've paid too much (but still cheap!) In general it's a great place to shop for 3C products and I keep going back.

Maybe it has passed it's prime, but it's still good enough to garner a visit. You can find great deals and get a "feel" for the stuff you're buying. For electronics, you can usually get a better deal than online. Toilets are renovated nicely too. From 3D printing, to gaming to good ol PCs.

The downside, you need to pay for parking, as well as the lousy air quality in the afternoon.

If you have plenty of time and do not mind visiting all floors so you can compare prices, you’ll probably end up with a good deal. I once spent an hour finding the best price for a high-end portable charger, which was NT$300 (US$10) cheaper at one particular store. That’s a fancy meal in Taipei! Haggling is fine but be careful not to offend a shop owner with a ridiculously low price offer.

This digital plaza provide you so many choices of the electrical product. Is a good place to buy some computer hardware, games, smartphone cases and many more. But beware some of the merchant will take the opportunity to raise the price.

Great place to find electronic odds and ends: external hard drives, accessories for your cellphone, a PC builder's paradise (especially if you're a hardcore gamer), and much more! I found a great deal on a rear view mirror dash cam. It includes a rear camera as well. Take your time to walk around and explore all the stores. Don't settle at the first place you see as there can be better deals around the corner. Some stores are willing to negotiate their prices.

It's a big electronics mall with lots of little stores. Shop around to get the best deals and bring someone who can speak Chinese. You can buy most things but for video games the mall under Taipei Main and Q Square is better.

Good place for electronics. Don't expect huge bargains but always worth checking the price. Shops around the building can offer nice deals too. Don't pay with credit cards and always make sure they give you the final price. There are repair centers on the upper floor. If you're around, check the syntrend building just nearby it's a very modern (and expensive) technology-oriented mall with nice demo areas.
