  沙拉吧沒幾樣東西，99元加點的義大利麵也普通。生菜沙拉可以吃很爽，很適合愛吃才跟水果的人去吃。

  Had lunch here one Sunday, during my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Taichung Park.
  
  The restaurant is not very big and gets crowded easily.
  
  They offer a style of buffet where you order a main dish and then enjoy the items at the buffet counters. The main dish were mostly Italian, though when I visited they also had some Thai items on promotion. You have to order your food and pay for it right at the start.
  
  I ordered the Spaghetti with Pesto and Fish Filet. The pesto sauce was surprisingly nice, though the fish filet was a little over cooked and had more flour than fish. The spaghetti was acceptable. The portion was also quite small. However, considering that you do get a buffet, it's not too bad.
  
  Their buffet items include noodles, bread, soup, salad, fruits, Chinese dishes, Chinese Dim Sum items, and other stuff, which was quite a decent selection though not extensive. The food from the buffet counters tasted average.
  
  The prices of main course were between US$10 to US$15, which was not too bad.
  
  Overall, if you are staying at the hotel, this is an acceptable place to have a meal.
