I used the University as a stopping point to get out of the hustle and bustle of the night market.
It is not open all night but is a nice open campus with a lovely outdoor area with plenty of seats to rest and just enjoy the surroundings while you are visiting the night market.
There is nothing to stop you wandering around exploring and the night market has all the fun you could need. -
