CLAPPIO (客來評)是以時間和地點為基礎而設計的應用程式。人類最基本的情感來自於拍手。而拍手的長度，強度和拍手的持續時間則是來自你的心，而不是由大腦決定。這種真實情感是很難由現今的問卷調查和解決方案來收集資訊。CLAPPIO 提供六歲的小孩到六十歲的長者可以在同時間下提供反饋意見，語言跟手機裝置都不受其影響 ! 使用者只要在 CLAPPIO 系統下，伸出大拇指，簡單的按下喜歡(笑臉)或是不喜歡(哭臉)的按鍵，政府或企業可以運用這些即時資料和 CLAPPIO 合作一起建立智慧城市。
CLAPPIO is location and time based application. We harvest basic human emotion of clapping. The length, intensity and duration of clapping is dictated by your heart, not brain. This emotion is hard to capture with current solutions like questionnaires and survey. CLAPPIO enables a six year old kid to sixty year old to provide feedback in the same speed and is device, language agnostic. All the user needs to do is lift this thumb and put it down to CLAPP or NAPP as much as he wants on CLAPPIO. Governments & Businesses can build Smartcity with CLAPPIO.
