It was really simple and relatively cheap to rent from chailease. The car was brand new and clean.

Reserved car with Chailease (Taoyuan branch) in December 2015 and found the best deal for renting a Toyota VIOS sedan. Mid size car, new, easy to have 2 large suitcases in the trunk. Sticker is also provided for toll roads and GPS navigation is available.
They have no Rental location within the Taoyuan International Airport, but it is possible to have the car delivered just outside the arrivals terminal. Had an extremely well experience with Wendy Chen from Chailease. She was able to provide me with all the details on how to reserve and pick up the car from the airport and to advise which branch could be used best to return the car in Taipei (with additional costs).
Can really recommend this company to rent a car for travelling within taiwan.
