  NO THOUGHT FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T READ CHINESE!
  Unlike most Carrefours, you have to register to access free wifi - and the registration screen is only in Chinese. Same with the in-store posters advertising wifi service. Thanks for nothing Carrefour :-(
  Otherwise it's pretty much like any other Carrefour in Taiwan - not much labelled in English. Not welcoming to Non-Chinese readers!

  For foreigners who don't know it, this place is a giant supermarket (like Safeway or Giant for Americans). Although difficult to find western kitchen staples, they did have everything we needed to make a western meal. There's an "imported" section, so anything like pasta noodles, grape wines, western spices will be there.
