前山第一城靈糧福音中心是南投靈糧堂在竹山鎮所開設分植的分堂。我們在禱告中相信上帝一直對竹山有榮耀的呼召與命定，因此沿用曾位於竹山的舊縣城名稱"前山第一城"來為本堂命名。我們相信天國已降臨竹山並轉化恢復其尊貴命定。竹山將成為向左向右開展並使多國多民得福之城！竹山是榮耀尊貴喜樂並充滿生命力的上帝之城！
