  What a wonderful service! I placed my order with very little notice around a major holiday, and they were able to accommodate my needs, meeting and exceeding my expectations. I could tell that my order and my satisfaction as a customer and as a loving partner of my flower’s recipient, mattered to them. I highly recommend Dave and Vanessa. I will definitely be back for more flowers :) Thank you!

  Very professional and spoke perfect English. Their shop didn't ship to Hualien but they helped arrange an order with one of their partner stores. I ordered through their website and they contacted the other store to follow through with the order. Overall, they were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

  Dave and Venessa are very professional in processing and communication with my order. I am very impress with their service and I would recommend them to anyone who wants flower deliveries but does not live in Taiwan. Many thanks from Canada, will be using them again !

  Very creative, beautiful arrangements. Personal and courteous services. Since they took a call from the U.S., 6:30am Taipei time, it shows their dedication and professionalism. And delivered the arrangement to me that same day, early afternoon.

  WOW!!! The arrangement to my loved one is truly breathtaking!!! Dave and Vanessa, you two deserve 10 STARS because your beautiful arrangement has completely exceeded my expections. In the US, the online flower arrangement companies tend to be expensive and very standard to say the least and most of the time, the recipients receive the arrangements in a cardboard box that was shipped from across the country or locally with no TLC whatsoever. Usually the finished product never looks like the professional photos taken on the US florist websites. Therefore, I was at first skeptical to even contact an online florist in Taipei but incredibly thankful I found Avignon!
  
  Thank you very much for e-mailing me pictures of the arrangement which included the delivery confirm. This was incredibly helpful! I want everyone to know that I called Dave on a Friday evening which would have been early Saturday morning in Taipei. He cheerfully answered my call and spend 30 minutes on the phone with me answering questions about multiple arrangements that I had as well as additional add ons such as chocolate boxes and the plush teddy bears. No local florist in New York City or elsewhere would personally take a phone call on their own cell phone at 6:30 am but Dave did and I'm incredibly thankful that he did because my loved one received such a beautiful gift. Dave and Vanessa, I can't thank both of you enough! You two put your heart and soul into making beautiful work for the world to see. I wish both of you continued success with your florist! For those of you who are looking to send a truly breathtaking arrangement, DEFINITELY look no further. Contact Dave or Vanessa because you won't be disappointed.   Best experience with a florist in my experience.
  
  I needed to send flowers to Taipei for my daughter's birthday and decided to use a local florist. I can only say that they provided first class service. They have a good selection on their website and after they delivered the flowers as requested, they sent me a confirmation together with photos of the item they delivered.
  
  I would recommend them unreservedly and I will use them again without hesitation.

  The flowers were a surprise from my boyfriend so I had no idea they were coming. Thankfully, Vanessa was extremely sweet and called ahead to make sure I was home before delivering. The picture reflects the amazing quality of roses used to make the bouquet; each rose looked like it was carefully hand-selected.

  There aren't enough good things I can say about Avignon Florist. I currently live in LA and have sent flowers to my mom in Taipei twice this past year. Both times, Dave & Vanessa have delivered the most beautiful arrangements to her home on time and with great care. They are very responsive, easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. They also send you a confirmation email stating that the flowers have been delivered. I am so impressed with their quality of work and customer service and will no doubt be ordering from them again in the future. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a quality florist at a reasonable price.

  I agree 100% with all the other reviews, Dave and Vanessa were great. Literally the best customer service I've ever received. I'm in the States and wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend in Taiwan. I was able to have all my questions regarding delivery answered promptly via Line. Even when I filled out the incorrect delivery date Dave messaged me to verify the date because he remembered our conversation of when I actually wanted the flowers delivered. The flowers were delivered on time and my girlfriend loved them. After delivery I got an email confirmation with pictures. I highly recommend Avignon, and will definitely be using them again in the future.
