AMP Cafe, your neighborhood thirdwave coffee roaster. We want to do things differently! Our house blend is made from three South American fairtrade organic beans. Our organic whole milk is from Four Ways Farm in Miaoli and our organic whole cane sugar from Brazil. We sell beans (whole and ground), single origin drip coffee and espresso based drinks.

AMP cafe想要變成你家樓下那間有靈魂的咖啡吧, 想做些不一樣的事。最基本的organic blend(有機綜合豆)是由三支公平交易的USDA有機豆組成的, 牛奶是四方鮮乳, 那裏的牛都吃牧場自耕的有機牧草, 我們用的很安心。 我們的座位不多, 偶爾想內用的話可以服務的很周到; 我們的咖啡師很少,但是可以很仔細的為您介紹各個咖啡莊園的風味，再認真的把產區風味呈現在杯中。也許不是每天都能悠閒的與朋友共進下午茶, 但是可以便利取得這樣片刻的幸福, 一種充滿能量&健康LIFESTYLE的概念。
