民國七零年初在台北市成立「萬年春茶莊」，民國七十七年後，由於便利商店、超市、大賣場，如雨後春筍般相繼設立。
順應社會轉型的需要，更為了永續經營，遂結束茶行，而成立了「萬年春茶業股份有限公司」，從此邁向產銷合一的專業化經營。
在量產後更為了普遍照顧到每一層的消費者，廿多年來推出的茶品已不下百餘種，來適應市場上的多元化需求，在品質控管及商品研發更是精益求精(例如：茶葉皆通過SGS檢驗合格)。
