通常第一次來的客人的第一個疑問90%都是"什麼是豆簽,為什麼很像麵條??"..其實並不是麵條..它的名字叫做米豆簽~~是用米豆磨成粉在加鴨蛋下去製作而成..由於是採用製作麵條的機器下去製作~因此豆簽本身長的跟麵條很像~由川燙虱目魚的高湯搭配胡瓜絲烹煮而成~~在加上川燙好的新鮮虱目魚以及蚵仔..就是一碗在地好料理!!
