1993年成立由姊姊曾芷冠及妹妹曾瑜冠合夥,當然最重要的主廚是由妹婿李福海擔任.
主廚李福海一手好手藝是來自岳父曾鴻文先生的指導.
不一樣的家常菜是我們的特色,但到九分飽用餐就像在家吃飯的感覺是我們最想做到的.
