2016年3月，一位還在就學的女大生，因為喜歡泡菜酸酸的滋味，加上自己對人工的添加物容易過敏，於是決定用自己獨特研發的水果發酵方式，來作出天然美味無添加物的好泡菜。
取名為小媳婦泡菜的由來；從小到大，總是覺得媽媽對整個家庭、對丈夫孩子的無私奉獻，而感動。
因而想把這份愛延續到自己的產品上，對產品的執著、認真，是我最大前進的目標。
