上帝公的形象威武、披頭散髮，右手握太乙神劍（七星劍），左手結通天指印，右腳踏騰蛇，左腳踏卦龜，坐於岩台上。其形象深其意義示現，右手舉劍示意斬斷貪、瞋、痴三毒惡念，左手結通天指印示意眾生回返天上，腳踏龜、蛇二將，代表善惡兩面，正與邪、陰陽全收。又意會龜、蛇最長壽，又示二將有冬眠易靜，即是修行的專家。
