  Only rent to Tiawanese even though I have a motorcycle license and International Drivers Permit. Of course you need to pay for any damage to the bike. Doesn't matter foreigner or local. Total replacement cost wouldn't even put a dent in most peoples credit card limit. Pathetic Xenophobic. Not to worry. Across the street is ASAP rental. Very professional. Excellent choice if you have a motorcycle license in your country. No need to leave passport. They include 3rd party insurance so only responsible for damage to the motorbike. Normal price. 400 TWD per day. 700 TWD for two days. Even provide free rain poncho.
