  用料實在，牛肉水餃很棒，水餃大顆，餡料飽滿，還有滿滿的肉汁，不會過鹹，沾不沾醬都很好吃，滷味三拼有著驚喜，裡面的牛筋軟爛，雖不至入口即化，但就是筷子剛好可以夾起來的程度，香味整個滷透進去，放到嘴裡，輕輕嚼一下就散了，相當美味，搭配香味滷的很透的牛腱子肉和牛肚，加上他們自製的花椒、油辣子、醬油、醋,整體吃起來充滿驚喜！牛肉鍋真的是厲害了，他們的湯頭味道渾厚，充滿香氣，但不死鹹，跟恩德園的比起來，恩德園的醬油味重，煮到最後越煮越鹹，但清真館的鹹度確是很剛好的，搭配蔬菜熬煮的湯頭，涮上牛五花或羊肉，吃口肉在喝口湯，整個感覺就是舒服！他的肉也很嫩，涮到粉紅色起來是最好的！難怪老店開這麼久，生意始終很好！這也是真正的台灣老外省味啊！

  實在等太久了
  等10多隻水餃居然要等20多分鐘
  而且還是沒有什麼客人的狀況下
  超級誇張
  效率高到一個點

  Very noisy, rude staff, The reason of 3 stars is the little boss in the place(小老闆) I suppose he is the son of the one of the staffs, very cute and sincere, we had a nice talk with him :))

  紅燒牛肉麵，肉味鮮美口感很棒，湯也好喝順口，可惜麵味道普通，鍋貼酥香好吃，應該叫煎餃不是鍋貼，整個水餃下去煎的
  
  再訪，酸白菜麵味道普通，水餃偏粉，只有第一次來點的比較美味，其他一般般
