One of the best fine dining Chinese restaurants in Taipei. The quality of ingredients and cooking are both top notch. The restaurant sits on top of Palais de Chine Hotel with both great views and luxury decoration. We always come here at least once when we visit Taiwan. Our most favorite dishes are roast duck and special BBQ pork. Both of these requires pre-order. I usually just pre order them when I make reservation. The services at this restaurant is unbelievably good. Very professional and detailed oriented. The wait for dishes to come can be long sometimes.

An expensive Cantonese style restaurant. Good interior decoration. Its roast pork is the best that I have ever eaten. However, other dishes were disappointing. The placement of veggie on the plate was so under par.
For a restaurant that sets a goal to become Michelin star level, there is a long way to go.report this review -
