  進門時一手提狗的前半身，令一手提狗的後半身，還要開門。座櫃檯的護士看到也不來幚忙，只會在那邊看她的電腦。
  連要量狗的體重都要我自己量，完全没有要幚忙的意思。有哪家動物醫院量動物體重是要飼主自己量的?! 這像話嗎?!
  醫生也是，要給狗開什麼藥居然要問我? 這種天才還是第一次見到。
  哦，還有，說什麼 "緊急事件優先處理" 根本就是騙人的。我帶的那大型狗是一隻腿關節受傷，站都没辦法站，一趴下去就會痛得叫的。在那折磨了近30分鐘才輪到我。而在我之前的狗在看什麽? 耳朵過敏。
  這家"醫院"真的是個笑话。

  今天我是帶我家的鳥去看醫生，醫生對待牠很溫柔，醫院裡有許多不同品種的貓，而且還有癱瘓的貓好可憐哦！每隻貓看到客人來都非常親切，溫馴，我女兒說那是貓的天堂嗎？她好喜歡這裡哦！

  醫生很細心對小動物看診，在醫治特殊動物資源稀少的新竹真的很重要。雖然環境可能不比其他獸醫院乾淨，但診所的貓不會干擾看診（頂多站在診療檯好奇觀看），而且醫師有足夠的專業和愛心。希望寵物能早日康復

  我們家的公天竺鼠(奶油),先前從其他動物醫院結紮(結紮已經2個月了),但傷口斷斷續續時好時壞,4/12回原結紮的醫院看診,傷口化膿,開了藥吃了三天後,奶油變的無精打采,不吃不喝.4/23(星期日)將奶油送至新竺動物醫院,劉醫師真的很細心幫我們家的奶油看診,從結紮的傷口中夾了縫現出來,臉頰貼近奶油,用耳朵仔細聽拍肚子的聲音,得知奶油脹氣了,劉醫師仔細講解之後的狀況及風險,先開消脹氣的藥服用,若情況還是一樣則需靠灌食.隔天早上奶油開始進食牧草了.真的很感謝劉醫師,希望奶油能越來越好.

  個人覺得對動物有愛心的醫生就是好醫生，有幾個醫生願意看這些貓狗以外的小動物呢？老鼠、鳥生病了，能上哪去找醫生呢？或許沒有飼主至上的服務，但醫生能盡力的救治每一隻小動物，真心喜愛動物，很值得鼓勵！但覺得花錢就是老大的飼主，可能不適合來。

  My girlfriend brought a young 3 day old kitten there, that she found in a box on the road one day before. The kitten was really weak and it was Sunday night, so only this vet was open.
  But the people working there cannot be animal lovers. They had the cold AC near the sick cats and my girlfriend had to put her own towles to protect her kitten, because the staff there didn't care at all. The kitten was too weak and it didn't survive the night. The next day they called my girlfriend and were really disrespectful. One of the staff team was laughing and smiling, while telling her the cat had died, and only cared to get to money to let him stay over night.

  Awful animal hospital! the doctor was laughing at my 3 day old dead kitten. No simpathy at all. They notify me he was dead the next day, almost half day after he died I guess, I bet they didn't even check him all night like they were supposed to. Please folks, never take their pets here, they're animal killers!
