Worst experience in a store thus far. I paid for two speakers, and after testing only one was working and then I was told to come back next week for my money because no one is there to authorize it. The nerve of these people and the very poor customer service I received are incomparable. I would not be going back to this store but please better for the customer that does.
Abby provided great service. She was knowledgeable about the products and very courteous. She went beyond the call of duty when I changed my mind on an item and facilitated me without making me feel uncomfortable. Overall I was very satisfied with the staff interactions.
Positives- comfortable store environment, good prices.
Negatives- MY GOODNESS, it takes sooooooooooooo long to purchase something and the staff needs to be trained to be courteous. I went in yesterday to buy a cooler. I was in the store for about 20-30 minutes before I could leave with my purchase. Too much procedure and the staff are not efficient.
At one point I went, bill in hand, to inspect my cooler before leaving. After inspecting it the store room guy informed me I still couldn't leave because the sales rep has even more paperwork to do. So I'm standing at the door with my receipt and my purchase for another 5-10 minutes. Eventually the store room guy advises me to go and speak to the sales rep so she'll hurry. I walk over to her desk only to find her SERVING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Pure insanity!
Anyway she had me sign her tablet device, she printed another receipt for me and then I was free to leave. If you have a clunky sales procedure that inconveniences the customer, the very least you could do is train staff to talk customers through the process so they're not left in the dark as to what is going on.
Standard is the best, the stuff they have is the best you check it out and see for yourself....

Good prices and in store service, they phone me to confirm if I would be home on Saturday so that my 4 items could be deliver , Which was payed for in full. No one came nor was I informed so I sat at home waiting and waiting. Ash Wednesday I waited all day, they never came and no one from the store called, then I called and finally when they came, 1 item was missing, one item was the wrong colour. After calling to inform them of the situation, I still did not receive a call from them on Friday. I had to take time off to go down to the store, only to be told that the colour I wanted was no longer available. And that the factory would make one by next Wednesday But they can't say when it will be delivered, terrible delivery service, lack of communication. Absolutely Awful.
I went to buy an entertainment unit. There was a wide variety of products and the prices were very good. It took an hour for the unit to be delivered which is very commendable. While the customer service was good, it took too long to get assistance. Additionally, the lack of parking is a big issue however.
Quality products at decent prices.
Standards Distributors deserve half a star, they do not stand by their products and services. Shameful service quality for such a sizable organization.

The staff is also extremely helpful and would try their best to facilitate any questions you have. Highly recommended for anyone looking to furnish their home or business.
