  Terrible yet great idea. This place is both a bar (Sky Hawk Bar) as well as car rental (Abi Car Rental). It's messed up but they require you to drink while filling out the paperwork for the car. You are not allowed to leave with your car unless you blow a .1 or higher. Apparently there is a loophole in the law and it isn't illegal. But they make a ton of money because the deposit is high and people keep crashing. Still, a really cool bar with an open door policy because there is no door or windows since people keep crashing into it
