  They stepped up to the coffee shop game. All new renovated stores and better service. Very good coffee and cafe food.

  So today just trying to get me a decent hot beverage, I visited the Rituals in Westmall. Usually this isn't a bad experience but somehow the stars were misaligned today smh, after waiting for quit some time in the que, I finally was able to order, yay me. Then the fun part, beverages announce for collection, proceeded to do same but enquired if I may be issued a cup holder, you know the cardboard things that goes around the cup. The personnel is to tell me they don't have but there are "napkins." I still can't believe I was told this with a straight face setups
