  Line was long. Was first thing in the morning but moved decently quick. They also had a very funny show on DVD that helped to pass the time.

  The lines are painfully long and the service is excruciatingly slow, particularly at the end of the month.

  Horrible service!!!! The teller who attended to me after a long wait in the line was a temp with no manners he was at number 11 at 9 am on Friday 6th January 2017. Had to do a payment draft for my son's school.. I had to fill out a form that he had in front of him that would take less than 20 seconds to complete but the wicked temp teller told me to go to the front desk to fill it out and guess what... none at the front..!! Went up to the other desk on left as u enter and said good morning to the woman who did not respond! Wth! She just sat there with no manners... when I told her she has no manners she then have me the slips... I went back to the same idiot who could not even pronounce the school's name!!! Not even saying when the transaction was complete... I had to ask if that was it.... republic bank is the worst!!! No comparison to Scotia whatsoever.....

  I can never go to this branch and leave satisfied. Most of the staff are impolite, they work at their own pace and absolutely no special care for elderly citizens or persons with disabilities.
