RecruitmentXperts Limited (RXL) specializes in providing recruitment solutions which include temporary staffing/employee outsourcing, permanent and direct hire contract staff, payroll outsourcing services, and Human Resource advisory services. RXL also specializes in the management of recruitment fairs for clients wishing to recruit a large workforce for major projects. The directors possess in excess of forty (40) years combined experience in the field of Human Resources / Recruitment, the last thirty (30) of which were spent recruiting high calibre staff for companies in the major sectors throughout Trinidad and Tobago (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Banking, Construction, State Enterprises, etc).

The agency does not charge jobseekers a fee to find them a job as the employer covers all recruitment expenses. For jobseekers to initiate the recruitment process, they are simply required to email their resume (with a contact number) to the following address:

Once the email is received, job applicants will be contacted within one (1) week of resume submission and requested to attend a pre-screening interview. The following documentation must be presented at the time of the pre-screening interview:

* original and copy of all academic certificates,
* two letters of recommendations (preferrably from previous employers) OR resume with a list references with contact information.
* one passport sized photograph
* one valid form of picture identification
