Descent selection of rims. I visited the Arouca branch. The work space is a bit cramped but they maximize its use. This means customers have to routinely drive onto the Eastern Main Road while entering the service areas.
The staff is knowledgeable and work quickly. They are also flexible when dealing with dissatisfaction expressed by customers. -

I would have said that everything is great. But only when you buy from them. They are polite and all of that. Until after they got my money. Within three months the tyres were worn. My vehicle was aligned and cambered the day the tyres were put on. But the company's insist that it's my fault. There was no effort to rectify the problem. All tyres being worn down is not normal. But I have to spend more money to get new tyres from them. They are horrible. They are disgusting and I would not recommend that anyone use them. There only bottom line is their pocket. I won't be surprised if the tyres were expired. Please note that in less than three months I've already bought a new tyre from a different company. That tyre have had no issues to date and it's going on six weeks. The tyres from RaceTrac? Barely two months went by before they started to wear down.

The staff was helpful and the prices were very reasonable. The location is clean and easily accessible. The process of going to the showroom to get the invoice and then coming out to another window in the workshop area to pay is too much though. All otherwise was great.
