  This place is really filled with people , so filled that as soon as you enter you can't even THINK IN PEACE😐 , the staff there are NOT! FRIENDLY PEOPLE , THE PRODUCTS THERE ARE SO LITTLE . When you try to stand and look at the shelves to pick out what you want , PEOPLE AND STAFF JUST BOUNCE UP INTO YOU WITH A disturbed look on their FACES . My Experience there was HORRIBLE!!!.

  Tunapuna branch was very crowded in light of the small floor space and restocking occurring at month end. Most of the staff were friendly so overall the experience was fine

  Went to Pennywise, Tunapuna branch and was so surprised to encounter not one or two but three different sales clerks that were all pleasant and so so helpful. I did not get what I initially went for, but with their assistance, I believe I got something just as good or even better! 😁

  This is the second time I've shipped at Pennywise, Tunapuna. The staff at this branch are a cut above the rest. They are courteous and helpful. Excellent service. Kudos the manager of the branch on the team you've created. Special kudos to the male CSRs, they're super helpful

  This is generally a convenient place to visit. At peak times it can be overcrowded. I don't like it when they are restocking either because they bring the big trolleys in through the front of the store, so you have to constantly be dodging them. The staff is sometimes unprofessional as they would speak loudly about their private lives while you are standing right next to them. You often have to jolly for their attention to help you with an item, but they are never really rude to you. Check- out is usually a breeze at non-peak hours. The security and staff at the front always greet you in a friendly way.

  A monthly shopping experience that is always good on ur pocket. It's nice to know u can still get all ur cosmetics and prescription and medical drug needs at ridiculously low prices.

  It may be crowded at certain times but at times its an in out situation. The staff is very friendly 8/10 times and helps with selections if asked. Its right next to subway so if you have someone not keen on going in they can chill in there. All the snacks are by the cashier so if you have a child please know this is were you will either buy a snack for yourself or your child be prepared so say no to the child or yourself. Also the store is well organized so into group type.

  Most times this branch is congested. I am guaranteed to get all the items I need at great prices but a huge turn off for me is on a few occasions i encountered a bit of attitude from the attendances.
  
  I don't like that I have to ask someone behind the counter to hand me a product. I would like to take the product off the shelf and read the label at my leisure. But I suspect the reason the store was set up like this is to prevent thieves.

  Find all your cosmetics at the No. 1 cosmetics chain in T&T. Little to no parking available for customers at this branch. Tunapuna has no parking structure for the general public either.

  Good service,I would like the management to seriously think of opening a branch at the shops of trincity where massy stores n the gas station is on the highway where you can go in on Your commune from p.o.s to arima. It's also right next door to your Warehouse thereby delivery of stock would not be an added expense to you.tks
