  Nothing compared to what is advertised and very expensive as compared to other houses. No air conditioning in the living room either.

  The place was really nice the only thing upsetting was when my friends and I got there (in 3 vehicles) that's when they told us only 2 vehicles can be parked inside and one has to remain outside unprotected and that they would not be liable if anything does happen to the car....but they made sure to count every spoon fork bowl that they left in the apt and they left a price list for the items if any were to go missing

  Clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed playing in the play park. Perfect beach front location and the pool was amazing. Looking forward to the next visit

  Beautiful view of the beach, clean shores out front, perfect for long walks. Nice little get away but the place does lack some upkeep. Other renters were very inconsiderate blasting music till 3am! This house can best be enjoyed if you take the entire house but parking is very limited.

  Nice place, however today some guests decided to play music from their car, sooo loud that the house opposite started to rattle inside...it was so loud, we had to pack up and leave. We should all be able to enjoy Mayaro while being considerate to others.

  It's located in a prefect little place, view is awesome and you literally walk right onto the beach. Can't ask for anything better. I would definitely stay there again.. Only thing make sure you bring your own sheets and towels, they're not provided. I can live with that. I like my own sheets and towels anyways.

  1. Mice run all night...the caretaker doesn't see this as a problem
  2. Very Expensive
  3. Caretaker has an indifferent attitude to issues.
  4. Pool is filthy
  5. Can only fit the first 5 cars. All others park outside at their own risk.
  6. Many photos of the place we're taken when the place was in a better state. The place is run down.
  7. Hot water issues
  8. Broken glass windows left in main corridor poses serious risk of injury
  9. Does NOT provide lini, laundry services etc
  10. The road is not paved to get to this place. I recommend a 4x4 vehicle to avoid the potholes
  11. The bedroom lights are photosensitive so the come on with every movement
  . Impossible to sleep.

  Right on the beach, nice swimming pool, well kept and clean. Will encourage my family and friends to stay here.
