Offering a choice of al fresco dining on our covered terrace or in our indoor restaurant, we serve only Italian cuisine: home made pasta, fish and rock lobsters, in-house desserts and Gelato. "Paccheri di Gragnano con gamberi e calamari al pomodoro e capperi!"
Paccheri pasta is made near Napoli with special durum flour and using handcrafting methods for milling the grain as well as for brass wire-drawing the dough. The paccheri in our recipe are black because they are made with squid ink. Gamberi is shrimp and it joins calamari in a tomato and capers sauce.
And that was your Italian food lesson for the day. Lol... Go ahead and tag a foodie friend of yours who you know would LOVE to try this!
