Welcome to the Hilltop Restaurant located at the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute – the only institute for training in the Culinary Arts in Trinidad and Tobago. Over the years, our restaurant has been considered the ‘best kept secret’ on the Western Peninsula, Chaguaramas.
The Hilltop Restaurant offers our guests a contemporary fine dining experience featuring delectable cuisine at affordable prices from our table d’hôte menu.
Visit us for lunch or dinner. We are open 7 days per week – Monday through Saturday serving lunch from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. Dinner is served from Saturday through Monday from 6:30 -8:30 p.m.
At Hilltop, we provide our visitors with the opportunity to taste the culinary skills of our student chefs, as well as experience exceptional service from the future leaders in the hospitality industry. Our atmosphere is enhanced with tasteful décor and relaxing ambiance and friendly staff.
