  Love the improvements and car park extension despite Trini people not being able to 1. Park in a SINGLE bay or 2. Park straight.

  One of Trinidad's premiere mall experiences, especially around Christmas time! At one point Gulf City was even the biggest mall in Trinidad and Tobago (still is very big). Has pretty much any and everything you could or would need in any mall, along with the relevant stores that one would want as well. Has a large parking lot as well, that goes up multiple levels to provide ample parking, with an elevator that descends into the mall.

  Very pleasant employees for the most part. Easy to navigate. Wonderful food court and beautiful decor. Prices are a bit high in some stores.

  Nice shopping mall. Lots of parking spaces tells me not too many shoppers.
  Food courts has tasty meals.
  Not a bargain place but a little expensive.

  For me gulf city is out dated and over rated. It's just a place to go buy stuff without leaving an impression, although most places are like that these days.... We need to be more innovative and creative as a people. Just my thoughts!

  Beautiful mall. Good parking. Lovely atmosphere. Also 2 food courts. Modern and spacious. The only thing I don't like much is the over large atrium. Better use can be made of the space.

  A landmark in South. This shopping mall has stood the test of time. It was the first major shopping complex in South Trinidad and despite its age, continues to stay relevant as a real alternative to the 'new kids on the block' i.e. C3, South Park.
  PROS:
  - It has a well stacked food court.
  -Sufficiently large parking areas.
  -Lovely decor
  -Variety of shopping outlets, gym, government offices, Pharmacies, Casino, Dance club
  -Easily accessible location.
  -Plans to open a cinema.
  CONS:
  -No real liming areas
  -No fine-dining.
  -No fine dining options

  This is a 40+ years old shopping mall. The architectural design then was way ahead of its time. It is still considered ultra modern due to its recent and constant upgrades. Finding a parking spot is a hugh problem. And with the construction of the adjacent multi-story parking building, I am not sure if the situation has been remedied because getting a park outside is almost impossible. Or was it that drivers don't like to park inside. During one week day, I had to wait for a car to leave and quickly claim the spot before someone squeezes in.

  I have been visiting here since I was a baby and has never been disappointed. Gulf City has always offered me a shopping experience filled with warm memories. However, I miss the tree house restaurant that used to be where TGIF is located.

  Interesting stuff at the mall, bought a bunch of souvenirs at good prices. Lots of items you won't find in the US stores. Food court was reasonably clean but don't eat there if you're afraid of germs. Food also took a while to get ready but was really good.

  Parking has improved by leaps and bounds since their construction of their introduction of parking levels. There has been remarkable addition of new food and shopping outlets. There is room for improvement with regards to directions to the various outlets. Perhaps a mall map can be placed at the centre of the mall?

  Spacious but all the stores are similar. Clothes or jewelery. Not much variety. Parking is adequate. Miss the days of the cinema. auditorium and bowling alley.

  Very pleasant shopping mall with a wide variety of stores. Always clean. Shopping court is very large. And the area surrounding has another wide variety of foods to choose from.

  Enjoyed my visit, the food and the time relaxing at Starbucks, not forgetting Fitness Zone, a well equipped and friendly environment with a manager who knows what he's doing, they get 5 stars. Love the beautiful fixtures as you enter the mall. I'm happy to see how the mall is developing and growing, I'm sure it has been a source of employment for many and good for the southern region.

  The food court is good with everything in one place. However, my fiancée and I couldn't locate a bridal store for wedding dresses, etc.

  One of the best malls in the country, has many stores, good location, great food court, casino, gym, bakery is a one stop shop, children and adults entertainment you can find it all at gulf view shopping mall.

  Always a pleasure....lots of walking to cover the grounds so I normally get to where I need to go grab a drink or bite and go. Decor and design fine style....classy variety of shopping items and endless parking

  Still the best mall in south lol, thank God for the multi level parking, i just wish all the car park elevators would keep working and the food court janitorial staff would do a better job at how the tables are cleaned. There should also be an ATM on the other end of the mall
