  Some of the prices are very competitive and there are some unique items available that are not stocked by most of the other furniture stores. Staff is friendly and helpful but they lose some stars because they are very slow. To cash with 2 other persons before me took about 20 minutes with is ridiculous. But other than their imperceptible speed, it was a overall good experience.

  Very very poor service at Furniture Plus San Juan for first time customer will not shop there again. I get way better service at those othere furniture stores.

  Great service from management, sales staff and even the delivery guy. The senior sales rep was extremely informative. Highly recommended buying from here.

  I had to go back 4 days in a row just because they were still dealing with the contract.
  And when it finally got approved the delivery guys were on their way and the last time I called them and they said that they were in tunapuna and then they never showed up. I called again but they never answered

  Very disorganized layout. No help from staff. Walked in and out within 20 minutes and was never approached for assistance although I sat for a few minutes on a living room set that I may have been interested in purchasing.

  Great prices for quality, but terrible retail location and shopping experience, guess they skinned on the experience to pass on the savings...
