  You have to sign a sheet where other people's name and card numbers are. 3hrs to get a debit card renewal. STOP wasting people's time , complex customers and new accounts should be appointment only. The card transfer process is slow and needs copy and pasting. Your systems and processes are very inefficient

  I mean literally incompetence. Called the P/Town branch to make an appointment. The operaror says you need to come in with your docs to do so. "REALLY"???. Also had a Mang's cheque to update on 3 occasions. My name being the owner. I had to get the other party to come in or the cheque can't be updated. Get ur act together please. This place so sad.

  They move fairly quickly and the place is air conditioned but it is not as spacious as the San Fernando branch and there are a limited amount of ATM machines. They do take security very strictly however.
