Eat It started operations in August 1989 in a mobile trailer. From the humble beginning Eat It grown to perfecting its products and brand, making Eat It the most dynamic and successful Grilled Food Restaurant in Trinidad and Tobago.

High quality standards in food preparations and restaurant design have also made Eat It Restaurant on par with international restaurant worldwide.
Our menu consist of grilled chicken, fish,lamb and beef with an array of side options. We also offer shrimp and for sandwich lovers we have a variety of sandwiches.
