  I was not at all impressed with the variety of tiles. Although the establishment had been upgraded since the last time I visited, I did not really feel a sense of elevation other than the fact that the showroom is now upstairs vs downstairs. I visited on a Sunday which was convenient that they were open, however I believe that more CSRs are needed to assist and guide customers as I had to wait 45 minutes to get assistance. The selections were mainly basic and dated so in comparison to other competitors, however they did have a few classic options which were discounted or at competitive prices. Parking was convenient and adequate which is always a plus.
