    It's never anyones fault. Supervisor unavailable phone number unavailable. Interesting, flight late coming in, flight late going out. Its pointless really to upset yourself. The only option I can suggest is don't fly with this airline. Potentially you'll get there quicker on a boat. Good day to you all. Btw they did give us an earlier flight for the inconvenience. However, we were still late and had to spend an additional day on the island.

    Dear Caribbean Airlines,
    I really hope that management will fix little issues that bring down Caribbean airlines.
    I recently went to Piarco International Airport, where I purchased two tickets to Tobago. At the ticketing counter, counter 1 or 2 the customer service representative was very unfriendly towards me, she had an attitude it was like she don't want to deal with the public why is she there if she is arrogant towards passengers, she never welcome me with a smile on her face. She also made a mistake on the other passenger name which I made sure an spelt it correctly for her. I'm thinking she did it on purpose because she told me before there is a fine on incorrect name. So that means on the day of our flight my friend will have to pay an extra fee because she made a mistake. Lucky I checked through the ticket before I left the airport. She never apologized to me for the error on the ticket. Customer service is very important in any business, I will like management to please look into this and please train the customer service representative to greet customers nicely. These little things will make passengers choose other options than dealing with CSR at Cal.
    This was the worse customer service I ever encountered.

    Worst airline I have ever come across, including LIAT. Not only do they always delay your baggage, they make sure to destroy parts of it along the way. And when it is time to hold somebody accountable they refuse to respond to emails or pick up calls like a shadow organization. Steer clear of this absolute trash airline.

    Main issue is with the TAB faction. It would not hurt the personnel there to be polite at all. It would be so appreciated to see the Tobago charm and not the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude that is displayed too many times.

    Well I must say this was my first experience I wasn't expecting really the best but to my surprise I was not disappointed.... I have learned through all my travels that you can't complain or assume every Airline is going to be top-notch sometimes it's the little things that make your travel experience great.... I got upgraded to First Class and I got a chance to observe and check out the product that Caribbean Airlines have now it's not up to date as the US carriers but not the worst either..... sure when you get spoiled of having WiFi and lay flat seats it's hard to go back but when you have good customer service and people with wonderful personality you forget about all those amenities.... so hats off to the staff that work flight 525 from Port of Spain to JFK... it was a wonderful service and the product that you have you did a wonderful job Showcase in it...

    Great thanks to the staff of Caribbean Airlines for their warmth and kindness. Special thanks to Keisha Allen, Hamisha, Vinosh and Daniella. Your assistance was truly appreciated. Caribbean Airlines has always been my first choice for travelling. Today confirmed their motto "the warmth of the islands". Great Job and heartfelt gratitude.

    I travel with Caribbean airline in December of 2016 forgot my green card at the counter in orlando ready to return to Florida from Jamaica and had was to buy two more tickets costing me well over $500 dollars because I couldn't find my green card when they contacted Caribbean airline checking counter in orlando they said it was not there but as soon as I arrived in orlando before I even got off the plane one of their agent hand me my green card and I'm still waiting to hear from them regarding my refund
    Very bad customer service not interested in their passengers concerns at all

    Not sure how my ticket got cancelled after I did my online check-in​ 3 hours successfully in advance in Miami so when I dropped of my baggages they claimed that my name was not on the list so I needed to purchase a new ticket. Landing at Piarco airport and checking in at transit visitors line my name was showing twice on the list at number 9 & 10 I feel like I've been ripped off.
