  We were going there since 1999 and still going ..We go nearly every month .They know what we already want so there is no need for a menu .The staff is really cool and down to earth.Food is really good and the price is affordable.

  Some of the very best Chinese food you will possibly find in San Fernando. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Dine in or take away their food portions are plentiful. Their service is excellent. Parking during the day may be a little bit of a challenge. They are our go too in South for Chinese.

  I must say the food is great here. Canton Palace serves genuine Chinese dishes. You can hardly find this kind of Chinese elsewhere in south Trinidad unless you’re in the Chinatown of New York or San Francisco. Anything else are regular Chinese fast foods.
  
  If you’re not familiar with what’s in the menu list, don’t hesitate to ask the waitress for information or recommendation.
  
  An upscale restaurant. Good service. Ample parking spaces. Recommended.

  Canton Palace has maintained its food quality over the years. Friendly service, ample parking and even a separate take out location away from the main restaurant. Food is tasty and portions are well sized.

  Fantastic food. Friendly staff. Building is dated though and in dire need of an upgrade. Though the food is delicious, I find it on the pricey side. Some dishes are very overpriced.

  Their food is great. It's a greater variety than the other small Chinese restaurants in Trinidad. The quality of the dishes is also high, not greasy as others. The price is higher but definitely worth it. The takeaway does tend to take a while so it's best to call in an order for pick up.

  Service is questionable. I normally order a meal of jasmine rice, chicken and char sue pork with no vegetables. Usually they would replace the veggies with extra rice. Sadly, on my last order the chef accidentally included veggies but the worker who took the order noticed the mixup, apologised and immediately took it back to the kitchen and told them about the veggies.
  
  Not too long after my takeaway container came back without most of the veggies but still had small pieces that were difficult to remove, residue of the veggie sauce all over the rice and a big empty space where the veggies once were...very spiteful if you ask me.
  
  Since then, I only order Pork Pows or Roast Pork because they are still the best in San Fernando.
