  During the weekend busy. Tuesdays there's a drag show to liven things up a bit. Pricey, especially with imported liquor.

  25TR on a Saturday night. Busy but not until late. Say after midnight. Big beer garden out the back packed with smokers. Not a bad crowd.

  Tekyon is know for its crowd. It's really the most local and also international crowd in Istanbul. The place itself is absolutely one of the worst clubs in Istanbul but you will always find what you are looking for (men wise, especially if you are into more masculine, but not necessarily muscular type of guys). Drinks are expensive and really really bad. Waiters are ok. Sometimes they have an entrance fee and sometimes they don't. But you can't have a drink with the entrance fee. If you want to have the Turkish look, this is the place to go. But be careful because there will be a lot of rentboys. Don't go there with big money or valuable things. It's not the safest club but if you are alert, there will be no problem at all.

  First time I wentOK, no charge. Second time I went, a 22 TL charge. I paid it. Third time, yesterday, they tried to charge me 23 TL, I told him, "no." Moreover, I saw him let some Turkish dude in for free.
  Tekyon is NOT worth a 'Cover' charge; absolutely NOT! The music is not good, slippery floors, Bathroom used for sex (no problemexcept when someone must use the toilet for important reasons); boring, overcrowded, over priced juice 20 TL for some juice in a can; cheap red wine 30 TL. DISGRACEFUL!
  They MUST treat the tourist much better if they intend to have the Tourists' money. ZERO exceptions!

  I visited this club on a Monday night so it was a bit quiet. The DJ played very good commercial and Turkish music. Drinks are a bit expensive 27 TL for a single whiskey but not unlike other gay clubs. Crowd very international. No entrance fees on week nights. 1TL for WC. Legitimate and safe.
  
  On a Main Street so easy to find and clearly marked. Will definitely revisit but on a weekend.
