  Not so big, but enough for the kids. A good variety of wildlife, but İ felt sorry for many animals whose living spaces were too small I think.

  Big collection of animals, huge space for the animals to move freely. Had a great time with family there. I liked monkeys the most. Not that expensive, great place for tourists.
  The only problem is that we had to rent a car to get to the zoo. It’s pretty far from Istanbul.

  Perfect for kids. All animals have as large possible as a place. Walkings tracks are clean. Thank to Faruk Yalcin. One note: Premarked route on the ground would have help to visitors.

  It is ok, 32t for adults, 5t for otopark, I have been at better zoo, 4t coffee, 5t for two scoops ice cream, 1t water. It is far away from the middle of Istanbul 60km, good for children.

  If you planning to go in a sunny day, bring water. Some of the animals are kept in their cages for health reasons, be prepared for that. You can see a lot of variety, I wasn't expecting to have such a nice time there. But the heat is a pain in the back

  It was a shame there was no map of the zoo in English and only Arabic was available. The animals looked distressed but maybe the scorching sun had something to do with it. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained.

  This is a small zoo with a limited number of animals, so it is more a green park than a zoo. It is not worth the visit for adults, but if you have kids, they will certainly like it.

  This is an interesting place to visit, it has many sections and different kinds of animals. There is a free parking lot just opposite the park on this coordinates:
  40.785086, 29.371093
  The only issue with the place is that it has no proper path to follow you can easily miss something because it's too complicated, for example there are few cages on the ally taking you to the toilet but who would go there if not interested to use it.
  
  We were not offered a guidebook it would be great to have some basic knowledge about the amazing life that exist there.
  
  There are animals from all around the world, there are birds, fish and reptiles too.
  
  There are few kiosks to sell refreshments inside the zoo but i think it would be better to have vending machines. A restaurant with classic meals would also be good as there was nothing to eat but ice cream in there.
  
  There were many cages that seemed empty but it wasn't as the animal was hiding somewhere and you need to look for it.

  We went back in June 2015. It was a little bit hard to find, but once we were there or was a lot of fun. Well organized and the animals are placed in nice enclosures. The food is great and the slides and swings are fun. A must see if you have little children.
