The cargo that reaches you on a Tuesday will be distributed on Saturday. Is the cargo held for 4 days? How is this nonsense?

I sent a cargo from Izmir to Kocaeli. He has been waiting at this branch for 3 days. The cargo I sent to Istanbul the next day was delivered the next day. So incompetent employees are still present.
