We had Yıldız Merdiven built the duplex staircase of our house in Ataşehir. Erman Bey designed the ladder of my dreams for us and in a very short time, our ladder of 100% quality was prepared at a very affordable price compared to the market. Considering the comfort of our 5-year-old son, he designed the step, which we hadn't even thought of. After 3 months, we had a small problem with the hinge of the stair door, which was a user error. Despite this, Mr. Erman personally came and fixed the problem. A company that stands behind its product after delivery and continues to support it. It is very difficult to find a company that works with this work ethic nowadays. We would like to thank Mr. Erman and his team and we highly recommend Yıldız Merdiven.
