  Someone has uploaded their holiday snaps from other places in Turkey on this position!!! Go figure.
  
  It surprised us a little as it was free entry. However, there is not a lot to look at just a few walls with carvings. All the same, they were worth the look and also checking out the craftsmanship of the local carvers at the souvenir shop. The view from atop the rocks was pleasing too.

  Hitites 12 god figures are here. It's free and interesting open air museum to see. It's very close to Hattusa and open even after Hattusa closes (summer time at least).
