One of the most expensive playground for kids. Facilities are enough for shoppers. Open car park area is small. We could not enjoy the shopping.

It is very good for small size three story mall (I guess that less than 200 shops were active at the time of my visit) I liked that I found variety of restaurants from Burger King to local food franchise also found LC Waikiki, also big floor for migros with good prices.
The mall was clean, well-lit, small waves of happy shoppers storm in the main gate every few minutes.
The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, although I could not see the cleaning crew.
1.5 TL to take you from Balikesir city center to the mall by bus and 10 TL by taxi (ask for meter).
they have cinema but all the movies are with Turkish audio, just like the rest of malls I have already visited before in Turkey.
Information desk does not have any map for the mall and does understand english at all, but the mall does not need one, anyone can cover all the areas in less than 15 minutes using the well situated escalators and elevator.

The mall location does not have any attractions near it except for few restaurants and an outdoor theater. but hopefully that will change as the city growth-rate is promising.
