This hotel is very nice. Everything on high level. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I spent there very comfortable holidays.
I would really recommend White City Resort to everyone.

Food is great plenty of choice, except breakfast, there is choice but 1 toaster for over 1000 guestsbehave. the pool is lovely, people are nice and the bar snacks are lovely, but this isn't a 5 * in Britain, this would be a 3* but it's great for relaxing and enjoying yourself.

8-16 Ekim arası balayını geçirdim, ilk girdiğimden çıkana kadar güler yüzlü ve hizmet başladı, sezon sonu olmasına rağmen gündüz gece aktivitelerle misafirlerini hiç sıkılmadan ağırlayan gayet temiz ve düzenli bir hotel tercih sebebim pek çok tarihi ve turistik yerlere yakın olması idi. Gitmeden yardım sever personelden detaylı bilgi alabilirsiniz, balayı olduğundanmı bilinmez her akşam meyve tabağı, içeceğimiz veya küçük sürprizler odada bizi bekliyor oluyordu, kahvaltı için inip en fazla 30 dk sonra geri döndüğümüzde oda tertemiz ve toplanmış oluyordu, misafirlerini taahhütlerinin fazlasını vermekten asla çekinmeyen bir işletme olması bence büyük artı.
Sürekli size "Sizin için ne yapabiliriz? Fikir veyahut şikayetiniz varmı?" diye sorarak ve yaparak size önemli olduğunuzu hissettiriyor.

The best hotel I've stayed at and I've been travelling a lot. Posh, stylish yet friendly. Rooms are great. We upgraded to a bigger room facing the sea and poolarea but both where just as nicely decorated. Poolarea has a kiddy pool with water slides and there's slides big kids as well 😉 (Sadly there were Russians being drunk and rude that almost drenched a small boy by not waiting until it was safe and ran over him at the end then pressing him down towards the bottom of the pool)
I was against the idea of all inclusive but the food was GREAT every time. And it was typical Turkish food; a lot of veggies so I actually lost weight! 👍👌👏
The staff was a Godsend; when our little ones refused to sit thru meals someone played with them to give us a break. (We always ate at the end of each serving to avoid most people. There was always enough food anyway.)
If you have older kids that are good swimmers the private, man built beach at the hotel will be good but don't miss the wonderful beache in Avsallar. Shallow and great for kids! It's a short walk from the hotel; less than 1km.
The Spa is beautiful and great. Didn't like the idea of the masseurs trying to force me to buy a package of treatments though. (But that's Turkey.) Would've been nice if the indoor pool was heated but it wasn't when we arrived (on the 3rd day of the season).

If things stabilise in Turkey we'll be going back to this gorgeous gem. The kids ask for it each day and it's been 5 month since we went. Love it. Miss it!

Şuanda bu otelde konaklamaktayım.açık söylemek gerekirse oyle büyük paralar vermiyorsak eğer beklenti aman aman büyük olmamalı ama ideal bir butçeye göre kaliteli bir otel.en basta beyazlar içinde olması insanin icini açıyor,temizlik açısından hiç bir sorun yok,yemeklere gelince herkesin damak tadi farkli muhtesem diyemem ama aç kalinmaz.2 3 gune bir mangal da et pisiyor..fakat cocugunuz yoksa +16 otel secmenizi oneririm daha sakin geçecektirGiristeki Zeki beyin ve Selim beyin güler yüzü icinde teşekkürler

We a family of 8 have just returned from here, some goods some bad, 1st bad hardly a word of English is spoken from any of the staff they just look at you strangely.
Bedrooms are small seeing as they are supposed to be for family's , there was a double bed and a fold out camp style bed which is bent in the middle. Rooms are very clean just as the hotel itself.
Our room view was a dusty looking yard full of chickens and tied up sheep(hardly a holiday view).
There was a very friendly barman who works the outside snack bar (ERCON) he always made an effort to get you what you wanted and always made us laugh ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
It gets quiet boaring entertainment is more for adults, as I said some good a bad points but really really really must train up some more staff to speak English .
