Below average service. Staff is helpless. We forgot a raincoat there and they could not find it. It was even hard to get them to understand what the situation was like. If I were you, I'd go to Zorlu Hotel.

Merkezde rahat ve güvenli bir hotel. İki gün kaldık, kahvaltısı normaldi. Park sorunu yok. Aşırı bir yoruma ihtiyaç olmayan normal bir hotel.

Trabzon merkezde otele benzeyen tek tuk otelden biri. Odalar temiz, fakat manzarasiz oda tercih etmeyin. Cunku odanin tek penceresi apartman bosluguna aciliyor, bu yuzden karanlik ve cok havasiz. Iki kisilik olan bu oda cok kucuk ve otel bakimsiz. Yataklarin yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Ayrica otel Araplardan gecilmiyor.. Eger Karadeniz turu yapiyorsaniz mecbur kalmadikca Trabzonda kalmayin. Sehir otelleri kotu bakimsiz ve gereksiz pahali..

Stayed at this hotel twice. Always received very good quality service. Location is very good. Close to the municipal park and the main street.
