This is the Istanbul branch of the famous Uludag Iskender Kebab from Ankara. I luv this since i was 10 years old. Even though nowadays there r lots of branches in Ankara, this is the only one in Istanbul as far as i know. The lication of the restaurant is right by the sea. Its a nice big restaurant. Service was very good. Most importantly the Iskender Kebab tasted as same as it did back when i was a kid. Its a must go place in Istanbul especially if ur staying in the vicinity of Ataturk Int'l Airport, Yesilyurt, Yesilkoy, Atakoy and Florya districts. No need for reservation. Its a huge place. OK for early or late lunch and dinners.

Amazing turkish food experience in a traditional, classy style, with a stunning terrace near the beach house of the famous Ataturk. Worth the visit!

Great location on the beach - get a table on the outside terrace. Very good for lavash, ciy kofte, pirzola. Kebabs are really good too.

You ll got what you pay for for sure in this restaurant . But you can have this quality segment half of price in İstanbul. There are some cons I want to share, serving was avarage, taste of starters was not good as steaks, building really needs to be rebuild not renovate. In this price segment you deserve better quality.

Old fashion decoration and menu A very famous meat restaurant of the past but there is no differentiation at the taste or menu today than any average meat restaurants in Istanbul. not as succesful as in the past.

Almost everytime I have visited Istanbul, I have been here at least once. I have never had to order anything myself, since my Turkish friends always do, but the vegetarian selection they have offered is fantastic.
